Mondrian SPICE

Located at the crossroads of global trade, Singapore has long been a vital hub in the Southeast Asian spice route. More than a culinary ingredient, spice in Singapore represents culture, identity, and legacy.

At Mondrian Singapore Duxton, nestled in the historic Duxton district—once a thriving nutmeg plantation—this rich heritage comes alive. As a cultural tastemaker, Mondrian leads the narrative with Mondrian Images: SPICE—a bold celebration of spice as a symbol of connection, creativity, and community.

Fire & Flavour at Bottega di Carna

In collaboration with Anthony the Spice Maker, Bottega di Carna elevates its iconic aged beef—a signature aged cut of beef flame-kissed by their famed josper grill with a Bak Kut Teh Spice Rub from Leow’s “Traditional Flavours of Singapore” collection.

This culinary experience also introduces a Five Spice & Oriental Treasure Salt, allowing guests to experience the contrast between the classic Chianti salt and a locally inspired alternative. Anthony’s Five Spice Fine Blend is crafted from fennel, cinnamon, clove, star anise, and Szechuan pepper.

Open to public and available from 15 May 2025.
