This July, GAIAVIP launches the Arabika Brunch Series—a bold blend of Middle Eastern beats, Mediterranean flavours, and vibrant day-party energy. Headlining is NEMZ, the viral Lebanese-Australian DJ, joined by LI.A and Secret Pals at Bottega di Carna.
From 12pm to 5:30pm, expect curated brunch, champagne, skyline views—and a cultural celebration that continues with a surprise after-party.

Opening Mondrian’s SEOUL OF THE PARTY is Netflix’s hit Culinary Class Wars’ white spoon competitor and Chef-owner of 1-Michelin star restaurant Gitdeun, Chef Bang Ki Su, taking over Bottega di Carna’s fiery kitchen in collaboration with Chef de Cuisine, Alvin Lian.
Together, expect a delightful 6-course menu that smoothly unites Korean and Western cuisine into something all delicious.
$198++ per person, with additional $50++ per person for wine pairing.
